McGinn Concrete achieves new milestone with the completion of project, GE Headquarters Springfield Development for client, GE.

Project scope involved the supply, pump, place and finish of 7000m3 across 9 levels and 3,094 tonnes of cement weighing approximately 439kg/m3.

Project highlights included a 3 point Green Star Rating from use of Holcium Enviro Green Star Concrete Mix, 2 Green Star points from cement tonnes and weight ratio. The client complimented the team saying “McGinn Concrete has spent years developing their own method of polishing slabs to achieve the Hiperfloor finish that not only looks like glass but stands the test of time.”
